The cottage also has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with open fire, which leads to an orangery with dining and sitting areas, and there is a dining room with open fire, a sitting room with woodburner and a study. Outside there is off road parking for six cars and enclosed grounds with a lawned area, patios and furniture. Ideal for a family and friends, The Priory is an ideal holiday home for exploring the area with its variety of attractions and places of interest.

Gas central heating with open fires and woodburner. Gas range with 2-ring gas hob, microwave, American-style fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 4 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, full surround sound music system, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter packs for fires inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 6 cars. Enclosed grounds with lawned garden, patios and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, pubs, restaurants and beach 3 mins walk. Note: Sloping ceilings in second floor double bedroom. Note: There is a cottage within the grounds which is occasionally used by the owner. Note: The owner requires a refundable Good Housekeeping bond of £200. |
